I have some pretty painful foot-related issues, including arthritic great (big) toes and hammer toes. I also have hand arthritis and was looking for some relief. Dr. Jerry Hric used his Focal Sound Wave Therapy machine on both my feet and on the large knuckle of my hand with varying levels of energy to help stimulate healing. Dr. Hric explained the process and the theory of what the therapy accomplishes. He was very attentive to my reactions to make sure the correct level of energy was directed to my injured tissues, and that it wasn't too much so as to not cause me undue pain. After the treatment he made sure I knew what to expect for the outcome. Dr. Hric has a gentle manner and is very kind in his approach to the therapy.
My condition was lower back pain, probably stemming from an incorrect golf swing in a tournament. I had surgery on my lower back years ago and I get concerned when there's pain in that area. I had the initial treatment with Focal Sound Wave Therapy and felt noticeably less pain immediately after. Several hours later, the pain had not returned and I feel my flexibility was better.
